I was on national championship teams in college (Virginia ’00) and as an NCAA Women’s Rowing coach.
I was successful. I was a winner. But I knew something wasn’t right.
My yoga practice saved my life.
It showed me self-mastery instead of self-abnegation.
It taught me how to quiet the noise.
I learned how to own the way I interact with the world.
I still coach, I teach yoga for sustainable awesomeness, and I’d love to practice with you.
That’s my recipe.
The humility to see wisdom, opportunity, even joy in moments that feel like anything but success.
The courage to stand in the sizzle and be resilient when growth hurts.
The humor…because if you can laugh at it, you’ve let it in, and you have to let it in before you can let it go.
Inhale, let come. Exhale, let go. Repeat.
I work with people who like to get after it. In sports, in business, in themselves. I work with groups and individuals who throw their whole selves into what they do.
You ever find yourself running into the same gremlins over and over?
We should talk.
That’s my recipe.
The humility to see wisdom and joy in moments that feel like anything but success.
The courage to stand in the sizzle and be resilient when growth hurts.
The humor...because if you can laugh at it, you have let it in. And you have to let it in before you can let it go.
Inhale, let come. Exhale, let go. Repeat.
I have lived this work. I am in this with you. This is hard, and it’s fun, and it’ll take you to places you didn’t know existed. Let’s go.
